XiaoMi's Latest Smartphone: HongMi

For the design, this smartphone is quite similar with Xperia from Sony, but it has thicker body than Xperia.

This Chinese smartphone comes with some impressive specifications for this affordable price-tag IPS LCD capacitive multitouch screen, 16M colors with 720 x 1280 pixels, 4.7 inches (~312 ppi pixel density) and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2.

So you do not need to worry about your screen. This smartphone has size 137 x 69 x 9.9 mm and weight 158 g with battery.

Xiaomi Hongmi smartphone has completed with quad-core 1.5GHz Mediatek MT6589 chipset Cortex-A7 processor with Power VR SGX544 GPU and supported with 1GB of RAM, 4GB internal storage, and microSD card slot.

BlackBerry, Comeback or Not?

There is now some buzz about the Q5 being launched in India in July. Executing launches in Middle East, Europe and Asia within one month would be atypical for BlackBerry, which has tended to employ staggered international launch patterns. This could also mean that most Wall Street projections for BlackBerry sales for the August quarter rely on overly cautious assumptions about the budget device rollout.

BlackBerry's efforts to turn the company around with its new BlackBerry 10 software and phones are in doubt after a disappointing earnings report that sent its shares into a tailspin.Analysts have called the reports "dismal" and "disappointing," especially when looking at the outlook for the next quarter.

Along with the launch of the Z10 in March, BlackBerry also released the keyboard-friendly Q10 with physical buttons and the less-expensive Q5 for emerging markets.Heins referenced new products and services coming as well as enterprise support for BB10 devices. The company has begun to launch its Q5, a lower cost BlackBerry 10 phone, in numerous markets. He urged analysts to be patient and understand that this is not a sprint but "a marathon."

However, to make an Apple-sized comeback, BlackBerry will have to convince consumers they have a full range of offerings -- beyond their trademark physical keyboard.

Android and Apple products Review Totally

People who buy Apple products do so because they don't want or need every feature of every mobile device.  Many things you can do with various Android phones can be done on iPhone with the right accessories.  You can get an adapter for the iPhone that allows you to use SD cards for photo storage and other types of media.  You can get an adapter to turn it into a remote. 

Nothing on this list interests me in the least.  I have wishes for iOS and iPhone, but I have YET to see one list on any site mention ANY of them.  Perhaps they should start asking Apple fans what they want to see in their device instead of just listing the things Android has that iOS doesn't.  God knows the Android fans are crawling around every Apple forum and blog on the planet just to point out how superior their phone is to ours and how superior they are as a person due to their choice.  We get it.  Your phone does more and you're superior to us in every possible way.

How about features we have yet to see on ANY mobile phone or device?  I'm more interested in Apple or Google impressing me with something new and different.  Until Google, Samsung, Motorola, or HTC add something that truly interests me beyond fascination,  Apple has me covered.  The fact is, that is probably true for nearly every iPhone or iPad customer out there.  No one is going to ditch their phone because the current does not do what it never did and a competing phone does it now and always did.  The sentence is as dumb and confusing as the idea.

People switch when something new and different is offered.  Not because they suddenly are enlightened about how wrong they were.

Obviously prices will vary depending on region, carrier or retailer but at that price the phone seems pretty much a snip, when compared to other top smartphones such as the iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S4 or HTC One.
